Palmer is amazing! The session is very relaxing and she’s incredibly knowledgeable about the lymphatic system. On top of a monthly session for my overall wellbeing, I also have sometimes seen Palmer for when I’ve had accidental ingestion of a food allergy (gluten &/ dairy). Her ALT practice has helped keep my body in tip top shape. If you’re looking for someone who cares about you feeling better, she’s the one!
Palmer has helped my body balance. Between allergies and lymphatic blockage, it has made a dramatic difference on my overall health!
Not the traditional lymphatic massage I was used to; loved this!!! So relaxing. Palmer is very personable and easy to talk to. She made me feel right at ease.
