Palmer exceeded my expectations with customer service, installation of a Generac generator & propane tanks placement on property with concern of looks and accessibility. Training and knowledge of my new unit was incredible showing me in detail every aspect of the installation and how to maintain what I’m responsible for. I have Minisplits that needed to be serviced and cleaned. I called Palmer and Armani and Tim came out. They did a beautiful job! I had a lot of mold on the inside of the units and this was after another company recently “cleaned” them. Tim and Armani were meticulous and answered all of my questions. On the hottest day of the year so far, Ryan, Dave, and Marley appeared at my door with smiling faces. They went right to work and in no time at all, we had a new hot water tank up and running. Palmer Gas & Oil has come to our rescue on numerous times the past two weeks. Plumbing for failed propane water heater & replacement. Electrical for GFI failure and replacement. Condensation pump for HVAC failure and resolution. All these professionals have done outstanding work and are very customer focused. All have been Simply The Best!!
