Seamless experience from start to finish! From first contact through their website, to Miles who came out to give me a quote on a new garage door, to Cat who handled paperwork and payments and set up installation date, to Ray who came out for final measurements and then came back with Carlos to install the new door - everyone was kind and professional. You cannot beat the experience. Good quality product. We love our new door and the quiet operation.
It was good but too expensive for a simple fix for a garage door.
Tim Conway came out as our door was stuck in a semi-open state. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great service!! Thank you Tim for your quick repair! Will definitely recommend Palmer!
