Very kind and helpful
Our loved one passed away unexpectedly in South Bend while visiting, and we had no idea how to manage the situation. Eric took care of all of the arrangements flawlessly and was very communicative throughout the process. Additionally, we had heard of horror stories of funeral homes taking advantage of families out of town with outrageous fees. That did not happen and we are grateful for their service.
Eric made the process easy, he asked pertinent questions and gave the advice needed to make informed decisions.
