Your staff exceeded our expectations. My husband and I walked through the door without an appointment and Jim welcomed us in and sat down and walked us through the process of burying our son. Stephanie (office reception) wrote a beautiful obituary and made us feel loved. From start to finish the whole process was made easier. I know it’s their “job”, but we truly felt like they cared for us. Thank you for helping us manage the aftermath of the worst day of our life.
