I am a New Patient looking for a Medical Provider in the Valley, i called today to schedule an appointment and was asked if I was over 60 years old to which i said of course I am, I was told immediately that because I have MEDICARE I was not a candidate for an appointment in their practice since they limit the elderly patients because of this. Palmer family medicine used to be an amazing doctor's office that was for its people, If you were sick you could get help from your own home with a virtual appt. Out of meds? Call in for a bridge until you can be seen. If you're a single mom forty miles away from the clinic you could get help from your own home with a phone or virtual appt. Palmer family has become the office that will not help you if you do not come in person. I'm confused by the 1 star reviews. I have never had anything but 5 star care, and 5 star attitude from the staff. I have been receiving care here for 5 years, and my children their whole lives. I love Dr.Ford, and even though I have moved to another city I will continue to come here. They know our family, and have been nothing but kind and caring. People forget that you get what you put into your interactions with other human beings.
