We called looking for a quote to hang a large chandelier. Jacob arrived on time, courteous, and explained thoroughly what was involved to hang the fixture using scaffolding. On the day of the install, again, he arrived early, was very professional, and wanted to ensure the fixture was hung at the right height and was put together correctly. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from quote to finish product. Pricing was reasonable as well. Will definitely hire him again for all our electrical needs
Had a great experience with Palmer Electric today. First of all, he was the only electrician who actually answered the phone when I called. None of the other electricians even called me back. He confirmed our appointment that day and showed up on time. I was having an issue with some switches and was unsure if I had a short circuit. After checking everything out; replacing the switches was all I needed. He had replacements with him and did it on the spot.
