I've been here a year. Office managers have been nice. Sometimes maintenance is a little slow. I feel safe and comfortable. Enjoy being close to Midtown activities.
Youre hardly ever able to get in contact with anyone from this property management company. Literally no matter when or what apartments I call I get sent to voice mail with no callback.
Used to be a really nice complex. It's gone WAY down. They're letting any one move in.... doesn't feel safe at all anymore. It's used to be very quiet and low key. Nothing of the like now! Not even close! I don't know where all these good reviews are coming from but I've been here a few years now. I also lived here in the early 2000's as well for some years before moving.
