I called Palmer Excavation on a Saturday to ask for advice concerning a couple of trees that were leaning over from a neighbors property onto ours. Raleigh, the owner himself, visited the property on Tuesday, looked at the trees and provided advice on the best way to go about the removal. We have not moved forward with the project since the trees are not on our land.
