Beware the office at Quispamsis is actually closed eventhough they post they are open until 5pm. You'll come and waste your time just to find a note that redirect you to Saint John office.
I found them to be courteous a Nd helpful. I’ve rented two separate units at different times and the refunds were quick and fair
Do not store your belongings here!! The person who owns it doesn’t care or have any customer service capabilities, rude to say the least. I rented a heated unit to which was not, I also had mouse droppings all over my belongings. The driveway to get into your unit is complete mud. I honestly wouldn’t give it one star. Not worth it.
