Poor poor service, took car there because it wouldn't start so they replaced starter, still nothing. Had to get it towed to the dealership and they still charged me 1200$, found out from dealership it was the battery it was completely done. No diagnostics or nothing got done there do they even have any tools . Bunch of idiots and to top it all off wouldn't give me back my old starter that was my property they had no reason to keep it . Had undercoating booked for two trucks in one day. Great customer service both were done quickly. We left them with extremely muddy trucks from travelling our cottage lane and no time to get washed prior. Jake did a great job and never complained! Thanks
Poor costumer service Difficult to deal with, they just want your money! Don't go there, don't waste your money.
I was driving my older RV across the Atlantic provinces with my family when we ran into brake troubles and broke down. Palmer sourced parts, took care of us and got us back on the road within 24 hours to make our destination in time. Palmer let us park and sleep in the lot and even offered electrical hook up. Great customer service from Jillian and shop work from Jay, would highly recommend this shop!
