Our experience at Palmer Auto was Great! Tyler's customer service has been EXCEPTIONAL! We were welcoming baby #3 and needed a vehicle with 3rd row seating. After looking around lots in Joplin, we went to Springfield. Just couldn't find what was right until I found a marketplace listing for Palmer Auto. Highly recommend this used dealer. Tyler treated us very well. Our vehicle had a few problems immediately after purchase and he got it taken care of right away, not many secondary dealers would do that. That was a few months ago and we’re still loving the car. Tyler may be the most honest person I’ve dealt with in the used car industry, I would definitely buy here again.
