Mike at Palmer Bros., Markham was so good, he fixed up our air conditioner quickly which didn't work overnight on this hot summer. Mike also gave us good info on a lot of things. We are very happy about his good work.
Such down to earth guys. Dave is amazing and so accommodating. Doesn’t matter if it is a weekend of holiday. He has always help us and our family. We have used him for 10 years. So have our parents, in laws, and siblings all at separate houses. Price is always better then most and he never tries to oversell. Highly recommend them!!
We had over 6 companies come quote us on a new AC. 50% of them wanted us to change our furnace(It's only 3 year old) with inconsistent reasons as to why. Others said that we needed to move the furnace or add more duct work. David came in and walked me through the setup. He asked if the AC and airflow was working fine before it failed? Of course it was, I told him. This question was never asked by the others and he proceeded to plan out which AC was needed and how to install it with the current setup.
