After nearly having a car for a month they called and alerted me they could not fix the vehicle. Furthermore my wifes check engine light came up on and they held the vehicle for over 90+ minutes to get a simple code read. To say this service department is in inept is an understatement. They have no regard for you or your time and you should feel blessed that Palmen is using their time to help you!! How they've survived being in the business of repairs this long must simply be on dumb odds and luck.
