I was a client in very much heart pain, because my Scruffy had to be euthanized soon sick.. No hope for his recovery 😢... The people caring for him and us the pet parents, were so understanding, They were sensitive to our emotions 😔, told us we didn't have to go right away and take as much time as we needed to get ourselves together, because I was a complete and total wreck. He was 15.. He got sick soo fast. A terrible shock to our whole family.. I appreciated their compassion ❤🙏....
