So attentive, so accurate . They hear you out and answer all questions and concerns. They listen to the patients.
They very honest and they took the time to explain what could be done. During the treatment, they explained every step and made everyone feel at ease.
Came in due to a hard ear wax issue blocking my ear canal and losing hearing in my right ear . Left ear also , but no where near as bad as my right . Everyone was friendly and they saw me relatively quickly . My issue is they started with rinsing the ear with a big syringe of water & Hydrogen Peroxide , one syringe had a needle at the end to puncture the wax .
