The last 4 times I've been there, maybe more, no one has said a word to me. I wouldn't ever go again, but it's now the only one in town. Their other location was much better, bought my last bike there 5 years ago, but it's now closed. Can't imagine why.
I walked into the showroom and no one greeted me. So I went to the office and introduced myself. That's no way to run a business.
Called them throughout the day about what time I was going to be there to deliver a new Polaris. Called 15min before getting there and was told to come on and they would take it. Got there and was lectured about how they were closed and they would not take it. Was told no one would ever tell me that. If they treat a vendor badly wonder about customers.
