I have been to Palmdale ER and never had issues until August 12, 2025. The nurse practitioner on August 12, 2025 around 1920PM who have seen my son does not have compasion. She immediately stating that my son has virus. She came to us questioning why we were there in a different strong tone of voice and throughout our conversation she remain the same... like very high and mighty. I even have to ask her to check my son's lungs because my son is coughing until now with fever that doesn't go away with Motrin or Tylenol around ... read more
