How do you accept a plan that is under medi-cal but are not contracted to check if a NEW patient is eligible to be seen at your location. Either you didn’t want to do your job or you guys are limiting the amount of patients you want to take in. You should be able to check eligibility, specially when plans under medi-cal change constantly. Which is why I asked if you would be able to check it. SMH.
Dr. Baker was awesome and customer service was wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable and has great energy. Dr.Baker was patient with my children and helped me get them into the right prescription with the right set of frames. I have three children and she was very kind and detailed with each one. She’s helped them out tremendously and we will not go anywhere else! My children loved her!
