I went for the first time Saturday Lizette is such a sweetheart such a good personality and I absolutely love the way my hair looks and feels ! Loved it so much I took my daughter a few days later and I fell in love with the salon the staff was so nice to my daughter and my son that was being mischievous and Lizette made my daughter very happy with her haircut!

I had such a great experience! My stylist was Lizette and she was amazing. I got a full highlight/toner on my super curly hair. This service in the past has left me at times with some undesirable outcomes. This was not the case with Liz. Shes so thorough and really listened to what I wanted while also providing great input in helping me realistically understand the amount of lift that could be achieved. Terribly bad service people and they take a lot of money for nothing. I do not recommend it to anyone. I gave them two chances and both times they were bad. And then others said the same.

I asked for a big, polished JLo-style blowout and walked out with a frizzy, uneven mess that looked nothing like what I requested. The front desk also ignored the issue even after hearing I was unhappy. If you see a customer visibly upset, take initiative and offer support. Overall, disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the time or money.
