Joe was supposed to be our DJ for our wedding on 9.1. We hired him the previous September and he never reached out to us after that. We connected in July after another bride mentioned him no showing. He reassured us he was still coming to ours and then we had zero contact again. Do not hire him.
We booked Palma Entertainment as the DJ, coordinator, uplighting, and projector. A month before our wedding we decided to cancel our contract due to unprofessional communication from the owner Joe. We asked for a refund us at the very least our deposit (we had already paid the full contract and information in the contract conflicted other information provided).
