Rules and regulations are a joke. The management here is a joke breaking all the rules. Cobblestone knows it but just want revenue. The residents here make it nice because at least most of them care where they live. This place had good management but decided to to go with cheap labor. Cars on jack stands, weeds, abundance of cats and dogs without leashes.

The rules are broken the most by the people that live with the manager of the property. Her kid revs the engines of their mustang all loud. Right next to manger is some man running a body shop with 4 cars on the property when the rules say 2 vehicles max
