My mom has been here for approx. 3 months and we both love it. Within the first few days all the staff knew her name, knew how to look after her and her dementia and treated her like family. She was also up and dressed every day, sitting in the dining room, mixing with friends and eating!! This was not the case in her previous facility. When looking for an assisted living facility for my mom about a year and a half ago, someone at a convalescent home where she had been placed recommended Palm View Pleasant Living. We looked at several places that accepted memory care patients, and chose Palm View. We are very glad we did. The staff is professional and very caring. My mom seems happy and content there. The facility is clean and smells good. The pricing is also very competitive.

I am an activities director at Palm View Assisted Living and I can tell you these residents have the best care and love being busy with me whether we are playing games or coloring pictures. The caregivers here which I also did are very patient and understanding. They are treated as if they were our own family which they do become that very quickly. I love my job and the entire staff feels the same as treats them as their own.

As a caregiver at pleasant view our main priority is to have our residents feel comfortable, save and well taking care of with their daily needs. I enjoy coming to work and spending time with the residents and just seeing them happy and smiling.

Do not trust the reviews!! This place might look beautiful but the Admin and staff do not care. If you want your family members to be dehydrated, only given 8oz of fluid a day, being refused snacks as the employees eat them themselves then just maybe this is the place you’re looking for. It is a toxic environment, the staff pick and choose which residents they want to care for properly. “ This is a beautiful facility!
