I came to drop off my FMLA paperwork... Got here at 5:19... It's now 5:23.... The door is locked and I don't see anyone inside. Pretty upset the hours show thru 5:30 and I rushed over here from work for nothing.
Worst experience ever! And I’ve been coming here for years, it just went downhill! This lady sucks at her job maybe cause she has been here so long they are afraid to replace her but she is horrible and clearly needs some help doing her job!!! I went in Friday and had an iud removed and was told I’d get a prescription for the pill the same day, i called the pharmacy Saturday and they had nothing for me. I called the after hours line for this women’s care and explained to the lady and she said well there’s nothing I can do except leave a message, they can’t do anything until Monday and hung up so now I have to go all weekend with our birth control after specifically telling me they’d have it sent over
Came for an APPOINTMENT at 10:30 it's now 11:36, and I have not seen my provider yet. Had to cancel my other APPOINTMENTS I had for the day. Why do we set APPOINTMENT if you do not adhere to it? You charge us to waste our time!
I have searched my entire adulthood looking for an office/provider that I feel comfortable with. I found this office and Liani, I could cry about how much I love every single one of them. Everybody here, from the front desk, to the phlebotomist, to the providers.. every single one of them are wonderful. I’ve never felt more seen and heard. Thank you for making what can be overwhelming, into a positive and educating experience. Slay queens
