I am writing this review to warn others of the level of care at this clinic. I had an appointment yesterday at 4pm I arrived at 3:45. I was told at 4pm they could not verify my insurance said it was inactive. Well finally by almost 5pm they verified my insurance. They took me back to a room . The medical assistant comes in and she has no idea why I'm there . She leaves the room another 10 minutes ago by no DR. I asked for my copay back and told the DR who finally came out to talk to me because she heard me asking for my mone... read more
Top notch staff, doctors, and check process! I would highly recommend them!
Dr. Dubnow is absolutely amazing. She has every quality you would want from a provider dealing with such sensitive things. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I know I am in good hands and would recommend this office and Dr.Dubnow to absolutely anyone. They also have an amazing amazing PA-C Liani. I've never had an issue with the office running behind but in this line of medicine I can understand when it happens there are many sensitive issues and I've seen how thorough the staff is. I appreciate this office so much!
I came to drop off my FMLA paperwork... Got here at 5:19... It's now 5:23.... The door is locked and I don't see anyone inside. Pretty upset the hours show thru 5:30 and I rushed over here from work for nothing.
