They don't believe in giving a patient any type of working pain meds after burning off the lining of your uterus. When you call after to tell them you're in pain you will be referred to ER. I didn't need days worth of pain medication, just enough to get me through the day of the procedure. I hurt so bad after my ablation. I didn't have 300 dollars to go to ER. Awful experience, better off going to a different OB office. The reception staff are rude.
I am writing this review to warn others of the level of care at this clinic. I had an appointment yesterday at 4pm I arrived at 3:45. I was told at 4pm they could not verify my insurance said it was inactive. Well finally by almost 5pm they verified my insurance. They took me back to a room . The medical assistant comes in and she has no idea why I'm there . She leaves the room another 10 minutes ago by no DR.
