Excellent professional care and customer service! Dr. Mack knows his stuff. Very thorough explaining health decisions regarding our cat based on best medical care practices. Involves us as the owner so we understand and agree completely with the best care for “Chester”. Owned pets for 50 years and never had any Vet that is so dedicated. The technicians and support staff that form the total team are exceptional people…we have complete confidence and peace of mind.!
Dr. Fogt fit me in on little to no notice, gently extracted a loose tooth for my kitty, stayed WAY past closing, and couldn’t have been more caring. Such outstanding service 🦷.

Dr Mack is great. The new vet is a simpleton. My cat has urine crystals, he has been treated at this vet before with Dr Mack. Dr Mack is wonderful. Our cats' crystals came back, he is in intense pain, all he needs is an inflammation reducer to pass the crystals. It's a 15 second procedure, 10-minute visit, but critical for him to pass the crystals. They told us they are "too busy" to help my cat because its Saturday and they close at 1. Told us to come back on Monday or take him to the ER and spend 20x what we need to. The c... read more
