I got a crown done by Dr. Jones, and after my first visit I was still having a lot of pain for about a week. I reached out via text & the office was very understanding, responsive, and helped guide me through the next steps with the endodontist. Amazing staff. They’re aware that most people are afraid of going to the dentist and make the experience seamless. My hygienist was amazing as well as Dr. Jones! I feel like I can get all my dental care done that I’ve put off for years.
Ever since they changed staff I feel like the care has gone down hill. After 2 missed appointments they try and make you change to same day appointments which not do able for anyone who has a job. Front office ladies have a snobby attitude. After 15+ years here I had to switch. Marsha is the best though! I will miss her.
Went in today for implants and had a great time. Dr Jones and his assistant had me laughing as usual. The office staff answered all my questions and took their time explaining the costs and treatment plans.
Outstanding staff and care. Best experience visiting dentist I've had in years.
