I have been a patient here for several years and really like Dr. Scott. I have been treated for glaucoma, cataracts, and other vision issues and love how they keep in contact to make sure you are doing well.
Not only was the office clean and the staff kind and attentive, but Dr. Scott thoroughly examined the health of my eyes in a friendly and informative way -- walking me through each step of the process to ensure I understood. Due to her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism, I would highly recommend anyone looking for an ophthalmologist to consider going to Dr. Scott's practice.
I don't know how there are this many good reviews. The front office staff, however, is super kind...I'll give her that. But, Dr. Scott needs to learn some "client service" manners. This was my first visit - so NO, I do not want my eyes dilated before I even meet you. Don't be offended. I felt like as soon as the conversation outside of my patient door was had (yes, I could hear her and her tone about it) about me not wanting to be dilated, the appointment went downhill from there. Dr. Scott and the whole staff always make my visit easy and organized. I had discomfort for years with the contacts I was wearing. I mentioned the discomfort my first visit with Dr. Scott and she recommended a different type of contact that would better fit the curvature of my eye. It has made a huge difference and haven’t had discomfort since.
