I absolutely love this place. It’s beautiful. DEB is an amazing person! I hosted my music students’ recital here and it was absolutely lovely. Can’t wait to continue to doing business and hosting events here!

I met Deb Chapin during a very challenging time, my husband's death. I wanted a special location for his celebration of life. Palm Valley Barn was that and more. Deb held my hand and guided me through all aspects of his service, including vendors for food and flowers and arrangements for music and table layout. I was a special guest at a formal function on Sunday, May 18, 2025, sponcered by Chabad at the Beaches. This event had been booked for months. The Barn's air conditioning broke on the Friday before the event and was not fixed until an hour before the planned function. Now I see in the comments that management is lying that someone in the party turned on the heat. That is an out and out falsehood. These people can't be trusted. I was visiting my parents in Julington Creek Plantation and together we attended a gala style event two week ago. Management knew the HVAC was broken on the Friday before the event and did NOTHING to effectuate repairs. It was 86 degrees in the event, and we were forced to leave when my father suffered a health episode because of the sweltering conditions inside.
