Yes I would recommend Palm Tree Pain Management the Nurse practitioner was wonderful she took her time and explained everything and the staff were friendly and took care of me quickly I just started doing the shockwave therapy and I am feeling some relief on my lower back and it was my first session I have more sessions cannot wait to feel less pain and be more active like I use to be.
