Beautiful atmosphere, courteous staff very informative dental hygienist, followed up by Dentist. Given exactly what my cost would be with my insurance. I highly recommend palm tree dentistry.
Well, I booked an appointment two days ago. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me that they had canceled my appointment because they supposedly called and texted me to confirm, and I didn’t respond. First of all, that requirement is not disclosed when you book online. Second, I was furious because I had to take time off work and drive 45 minutes to get there, only to have the front desk casually tell me my appointment was canceled while offering zero accommodations, solutions, or help. Everyone at PalmTree Dentistry was absolutely fabulous. They squeezed me in last minute for a temporary crown because I chipped my front tooth. I highly recommend PalmTree. They are officially my new dentist. My daughter goes to the Pediatric office. They too are great.Thank you PalmTree Dentistry!!!
