Time's Change - People Change! – After using this place for many years I have to my rescind my previous four star review of this place due to an extremely costly repair that resulted from lack of proper diagnostic action. In other words, no investigation into what was actually causing the problem took place at all even though the car was there the entire day. The result was a blown engine and nearly five thousand dollars in repairs. It's a sad day when you abuse one of your best customers........we're finished.
stay away from palm tire the owner will take you to court – i had a serpentine belt fixed by matts company palm tire 3 months ago. the belt fell off of my car today and being that i paid almost $200 for it i figured to call them for help. yes $200 for a serpentine belt but lets move on. matt (the owner) responded it couldnt possibly be his fault and he would not help w the tow or anything. he said his guys couldnt have gotten something as simple as a belt wrong. so i told him i appreciated the faith he had in his guys but le... read more
