I’m extremely disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. I have lived here for three years, and the parking situation has been an ongoing issue that I have complained about multiple times. Tonight, someone parked in my assigned parking spot, and when I called the towing company, I was informed that after business hours, management must come out to inspect the situation and sign paperwork before the unauthorized vehicle can be towed. Very bad experience here. I do not recommend this apartments. Me and my family was having a tour already scheduled but when we got there Rocia was very rude and have a terrible attitude with us. She turn us away and did not want help us even when we explain we had appointment already. She was not knowing when apartments was going to be ready and could not tell us when we can come back for the tour. Every question we ask she did not have answer or seem interested to help. Muy mala administración, parking para visita ocupados por residentes todo el día, algunos departamentos pagan agua, otros no, atentos a enviar notificaciones a los departamento pero no son atentos para hacer llegar un sticker de permiso para parking (uno lo tiene que pedir), mas de dos robos a autos en el parking (las cámaras no funcionan), pierdes la totalidad del deposito cuando te retiras.
So I read the reviews and there were some bad ones about how property management responds to complaints. Some stating that the people who work in the office are horrible to work with. And yet still, I decided to make an appt to view their units. I am a former resident from 2.5 years ago and will give an honest review to help anyone considering moving here. Pros: well maintained property, beautiful landscaping, awesome maintenance staff. They were always on point to get things repaired.Juan is an absolute gem! Modern apartment, clean , spacious. I loved my outside patio. I also loved the gym and the rec room you can reserve for free.
