So I read the reviews and there were some bad ones about how property management responds to complaints. Some stating that the people who work in the office are horrible to work with. And yet still, I decided to make an appt to view their units. I called last Monday and the guy who answered said he wasn’t able to give tours that day so he scheduled a tour for me on Saturday at noon with his colleague. I get there at 11:50am. I am a former resident from 2.5 years ago and will give an honest review to help anyone considering moving here. Pros: well maintained property, beautiful landscaping, awesome maintenance staff. They were always on point to get things repaired.Juan is an absolute gem! Modern apartment, clean , spacious. I loved my outside patio. I also loved the gym and the rec room you can reserve for free. Affordable, beautiful landscaping, extremely quick maintenance responses. Remodeled units are nice. Currently $2550 for a 2BR with 1000sq ft as of 2025.
Beautiful complex!! Family friendly, clean, and professional. The office ladies are friendly and very understanding but also strict and firm. They keep this place up to standards for sure. Maintenance team very friendly and experienced. They know what they are doing and they come out right away. Huge property and great large team of workers. I lived in this complex for 4 years !! Everyone living inside the complex is smooth. No issues. Everyone stays in their lane. I love the maintenance guys!! They’ve always been solid! Molly as a manager was TRASH!
