Recently moved in and at first I was kinda hesitant some of to the reviews in Google which quite honestly are very misleading! From the top to bottom everyone is very kind and awesome to deal with, so far it has been a great experience from managers to maintenance and specially Adam the night guard, guy is very attentive and does his job great! From parking to keeping watch in the community is spot on! Haven’t seen him in a few days I hope he still around! But so far so good!
The security Adam very helpful kind for helping my grandpa find his car and for making sure he got back to his home safe and for keeping protect our vehicles due to breakins and for mail theft I can now walk safe around with my kids in the middle of the night coming from soccer practice thanks ADAM for keep us safe and protected while we’re home and not home
Last Sunday, I had visitors, and we parked our car inside the property. I want to point out that we never blocked or obstructed any red-curb areas or anyone else’s parking space. We also left a note on the dashboard with my apartment number and phone number. The note clearly stated that the vehicle belonged to visitors and that anyone with questions could contact me. I’m extremely disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. I have lived here for three years, and the parking situation has been an ongoing issue that I have complained about multiple times. Tonight, someone parked in my assigned parking spot, and when I called the towing company, I was informed that after business hours, management must come out to inspect the situation and sign paperwork before the unauthorized vehicle can be towed. Very bad experience here. I do not recommend this apartments. Me and my family was having a tour already scheduled but when we got there Rocia was very rude and have a terrible attitude with us. She turn us away and did not want help us even when we explain we had appointment already. She was not knowing when apartments was going to be ready and could not tell us when we can come back for the tour. Every question we ask she did not have answer or seem interested to help.
