Another manager gone people have taken over from another state calling and speaking to cobblestone is difficult but starting to hopefully get results it's who you know in here the good old boy stuff be careful loud no amenities management none existing I wonder who vets these people if they have background in management roads awful. Motorcycle running around exceeding speed limits 15 mph just be careful thats my suggestion. No stars.
Thinks are being done now older homes bulldozed down no more people working out there houses new company Cobblestone making a difference looking forward to the water pipes being fixed and we will be a 5-star community. thank you to Cobblestone
Many problems ask someone and the BS starts.
I have been here for 1 and a half years nobody really friendly old and most places could use a bulldozer at my age I stay in but it is a liberal democrat community if you try to say a word about any republicans you are blackballed as I was. A new company has purchase the park and they seem to be trying to correct any problems. I hope they can.

I’ve been at Palm Terrace for one year. I have made some wonderful friends and definite memories in that time. The club house has activities, bingo, pot lucks, holiday parties etc. Hoping this year to create a few more events and increase the community participation. Don’t get me wrong, those who attend are wonderful. I love our group of doers, just hoping for additional participation... the more the merrier!
Palm terrace used to be a great place to live until an egotitstacle maniac named lamblack moved in and started complaining about noise now this place is know where you wanna move to. he has complained about me and several of the neighbors he needs to stop. the park management is of no use either since they are afraid of him since he is a once so called celebritie and they don t want any negative reviews of the park on the radio. I say grow some balls.
