The management doesn't maintain the property. Trash chute handle is broken and trash is everywhere, trash chute area is so filthy, you don't want to use it, pool and barbeque area is unusable (broken and filthy), the manager is never in the office, the office is used as a storage area for God knows what, underground parking lot is never cleaned, the elevator is always broken, and on and on...
This Jennifer your Palm terrace Apartments are horrible you just want to get people in there just to tell them that they make to much money how come you didn't tell us that before we moved in that is your apartments are something nobody should move in to thay are not very nice people and your rules are horrible you should not have rules this Jennifer Dotson
It is a very careful building, there you can see that they care very much about the comfort of the people, they are always cleaning it and the people who live there are very respectful. I really like living there.
