We worked with Perla to refinance a rental property and everything went very well. We are a military family, living out of state, so excellent communication was very important to us. Pearl and Gary are the most professional, patient and amicable people you could ever hope to find. Each time I have shopped around, though the last three I have asked myself why. Not only have they made the process as pleasant as possible but, they have also found me the very best deal every single time.
The folks at Palm State are great. They were able to get us a mortgage fast and with very competitive rates. They even came to the closing to make sure everything went okay. We have financed two houses with them, refinanced once and got a second mortgage with them. Things went smoothly every time.
