Dr. Scott Shepard and his team are outstanding! As soon as I walked through the door, and was greeted by the check in staff, I felt a sense of trust, and I was there to be taken care of. Whether you are there for something more serious than teeth cleaning, you feel that everyone of your needs will be met! I might also add, that that dealing with pain is not my favorite thing, Dr. Shepard as well as his staff are very sensitive to that, and make every effort to keep you comfortable! How many people can actually say going to a dentist is a pleasure? Well a visit to see Dr. Scott Shepherd is exactly that. Aided by modern diagnostic tools, Shepherd and his staff make patients feel at ease and comfortable. Shepherd's chair-side manner is one of if not the best I have experienced in many decades of receiving dental treatment. If anyone is looking to change dentists or is new to the Palm Springs area and requires dental service....I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd at Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.

I really appreciate the response I was given by everyone who played a part in getting me into your office early this morning. One of my crowns detached during dinner last Friday. I called and left a message, got a quick reply, with helpful suggestions on how to take care of my tooth until I could get an appointment. Monday morning I received another message, letting me know I would be hearing from someone about the soonest appointment available. Was thinking after my appointment with Dr. Tom this morning how lucky I am to be under his care! I could have chosen any number of doctors when I moved to Palm Springs. I feel so fortunate that I found the right dentist. The office staff also make each visit a very positive experience!
