I have been doing business with Palm Springs for over 20 years. I always get great service. Tom Dittman always answers my questions. I got a new Polaris pump this time.
I wish that I had come in contact with Tom and Palm Springs Pool Service years ago! In the past three weeks I needed several pool issues addressed quickly and efficiently. I needed them fixed correctly in one shot as a prior pool inspection had overlooked them. Tom's assessment of the problems was spot on in all instances. I consider work ethic important for any service provider. With that said when I watched their tech drop a bottle less than a foot from a trash can while filling the service truck, proceed to look at and even kick it around yet refuse to pick it up it speaks volumes. How many other shortcuts may these individuals be taking with property and pool service?
Terrible and rude company. Avoid at all costs, because it will cost you.
