Palm Springs North performed excellent service on our residential air conditioning unit this morning. The technician was timely, cordial, and efficient. He explained the steps he was taking to correct the problem with the unit. After he finished the repair, he performed a complete check of the system to insure the unit was functioning properly. Thank you for a job very well done!
My whole system needs replacement. Mike explained everything so well and took photos so I was comfortable making this major decision without my wife being present to decipher the technical details. The Install team was really fantastic too!
I have been a customer for over 15 years. They have done it all for me, from installation of new construction, to repair and maintenance of existing systems, to replacement. Once, in the middle of summer and a system went out. They provided portable cooling units, at no charge, to hold us over until the replacement could happen. Palm Springs North has built a great business over the years. Shout out to my techs, and the team in the office. They are honest, reliable, and quality... great company.
Got a quick callback and a repairman was out within four hours. He fixed my unit quickly for a reasonable price and both he and the phone dispatcher were very polite and professional. Will call Palm Springs North Heating & Air Conditioning again!
