Had my 2021 F-150 in for a couple of recalls. Excellent service overall and flawless communication. Best of all: They picked up and the delivered my F-150 right at my home. Not even the local Mercedes dealer can match this kind of customer service!
My appointment was at 8am. I arrived a bit late about 10min. I called Quick Lane to let them know they said no problem we will take care of you. When I arrived Tony said take a seat I'm going to cash out this gentleman. I sat down another customer walked in. Tony check her in and within 5min her car was taken back to get service. I waited 30min before they took my car back to start too get serviced. I am pregnant and just because the customer before me had arrived for her appointment they serviced her car first.
