Was in today to get an oil change. Also, another dealer wanted to replace the rear brakes but I didn't have the time to wait (at that time). Hyundai Palm Springs said the rear brakes were just a little dirty/rusty but still had plenty of life left. UPDATE: after two bad service experiences in a row I can no longer recommend this dealership. Both times I was in for an oil change, and both times I waited 3-4 hours even though I had scheduled appointments. I love this dealership. It’s quiet, clean, efficient, and professional. I’ve bought two cars here and drive 80 miles for service even though there is a closer dealership to me. I prefer Palm Springs Hyundai so much more so the drive is worth it. Josh in service is phenomenal. I appreciate his knowledge and help.

Kindly, professional thorough, pro-active marvelously good staff, who do NOT push/oversell their services. Back in 2022 they found me the Hyundai model that met (and exceeded) my checklist--and I bring it back to them for seasonal serving! I really value, appreciate PS Hyundai dealership.
