I came in to get a warranty claim started for an intermittent AC whistling noise on my Elantra. The service advisor told me it would be a 3-hour wait just to get the car checked in. I ended up waiting 3.5 hours in a nearly empty lobby just to get an intake form printed. When the advisor finally addressed the car, he turned the AC down to 64 degrees (which temporarily stops the whistling), claimed he couldn't replicate the noise, and completely dismissed the video evidence I offered to show him. I had a wonderful experience of my purchase of a Palisade. The sales rep David was professional, technically proficient, an excellent communicator and worked diligently to understand my needs. He was more of a consultative sales person. The paperwork was done accurately and in a timely, efficient manner. Overall, because of David and the dealership I would easily become a repeat customer and send my friends to him and this dealership!
