My husband went here to get a second pair of hearing aids just in case. Worst experience he's had so far wit hearing aids. The technician told him he needed a new pair because his current ones were just "the worst" (nothing wrong with the ones he has now). He proceeded to tell him he needed to pay $5,000 to $7,000 additional on top of what the insurance coversfor new ones. It just smells like a scam and very unprofessional.
