The best
I had an appointment today, 8/13 at 11:00 AM. The appointment was made with Gary on 8/4 to see Mr. Cunningham to service my Starkey hearing aids. I could not find their office on S Palm Canyon Drive using Apple maps…took me to the Eisenhower Center. I was 15 minutes early, so I called to get directions and there was a recording on the phone. I tried twice more after driving around looking for the office, the 3rd call I left a message. Four hours later, I have not heard from anyone. Wasted my time, energy and gas.
My husband went here to get a second pair of hearing aids just in case. Worst experience he's had so far wit hearing aids. The technician told him he needed a new pair because his current ones were just "the worst" (nothing wrong with the ones he has now). He proceeded to tell him he needed to pay $5,000 to $7,000 additional on top of what the insurance coversfor new ones. It just smells like a scam and very unprofessional.
