Wow! Wow! I've been here a few times since moving here about 1.5 months ago. The store is so much more than a hardware store with patio furniture and decorations, kitchen fun and garden fun. But! today's visit, I needed help finding a specific screw for my German-made sewing machine and John L. did not disappoint! He helped me for so long trying different options and this was after he was ridiculously patient while I took the base off and thought I may have just ruined my entire machine. Doing some drywall repair and brought in a 6"x12" piece to match color and sheen. Next day after the paint dried, it was the wrong sheen. Had to re-buy the paint, roller and tray. And re-mask/re-paint the walls. I asked for a discount on their mistake and was given a grand total of 20% off the paint only.... We really like the store normally but I ended up spending $28 dollars to fix their f#@%-up.
