Great place and great customer service
Sadly this company lacks the sophistication to properly handle a property for management. Has absolutely no regard for the people impacted by his business without any ethical regard. Extremely short sighted and risky. Red flags all the way.
The house we rented via Palm Springs Getaways was beautiful. Nicely located in the southern part of Palm Springs. It had a very nice kitchen, gorgeous open floor plan. Nice layout. superb pool and spa. Great size. But somehow, we were under the impression, that it was run down a bit and hadn’t been taken care of lately. I guess that, at some stage, your house ends up that way if you use it as a rental income property. Palm Springs Getaways did not impress us at all.
