As far as fighting fires top notch but the EMT's on the night shift, wow. Inputted false information in the computer system saying I made 31 911 calls but I never made that many calls in my life. I see them Friday mornings hanging around the Stater Bros parking lot, doing absolutely nothing at all..
The EMT Palm Springs fire department are always extremely helpful, professional and most of all extremely polite. Unfortunately, my neighbor and my mother have needed help several times. All fire department personnel including dispatchers have a very calming effect on those going through a very difficult time.
