I was in need of medical attdoor attention and physical went to the station with no reply at the front door. I decided to go to the rear the fire doors were open and I asked for assistance. Two days later I get a call from the Palm Springs Police Department telling me that I was trespassing I decided to file a formal complaint against the station that's absolutely ridiculous I don't call 911 I've had too many bad experiences.

As far as fighting fires top notch but the EMT's on the night shift, wow. Inputted false information in the computer system saying I made 31 911 calls but I never made that many calls in my life. I see them Friday mornings hanging around the Stater Bros parking lot, doing absolutely nothing at all..

The EMT Palm Springs fire department are always extremely helpful, professional and most of all extremely polite. Unfortunately, my neighbor and my mother have needed help several times. All fire department personnel including dispatchers have a very calming effect on those going through a very difficult time.
