My Saguaro Drag Brunch experience with The Saguaro Palm Springs was nothing short of amazing! It was my first drag brunch experience ever and wow let me just say it was incredible. My husband and I had tickets for December 14th when we arrived we were told the show was canceled. I have been trying to reach since for a refund, no one answers to give us a refund. Purchase with CAUTION
Received a cancellation email mid flight for end of December all the way across the country to see this show - still awaiting their promised refund after the new year. AND you have a fake website up still. YOU should make this wrong right as we are hard working people who gave you money and not yours to keep.
They canceled the show the night before and did NOT refund my money! Be warned, this is not a reputable company!
Super disappointed to find our show was cancelled without any notice on Dec 14th. Received several reminder texts and emails, but nothing announcing the cancellation....we found out when we arrived at the venue that it had been cancelled with no explanation. So far, I have not received any responses to my voicemail or email. I really hope they will be a reputable business and refund the money to everyone who planned to attend.
