“I visited the Palm Springs clinic on March 31 and, unfortunately, this was not my first negative experience with the front desk. I am consistently ignored upon arrival and left waiting in line without acknowledgment. When I am finally helped, the reception staff often come across as rude and dismissive. That said, the doctors are amazing and provide excellent care—I would give them five stars. It’s just disappointing that the front desk experience does not reflect the same level of professionalism. You know I would have gave them a five star because I think they're the great place in my doctor more was excellent but today when I made an appointment and I told the lady I can't make it to the 8:00 time she had set she tells me well we're not here to cater to your needs like who tells somebody that like really makes me totally just not even want to go there anymore I totally want to look for a new doctor now I mean I shouldn't get my feelings hurt but I actually did I just can't believe she said that.

I have a referral for behavioral health.And I've been trying to get in touch with this lady.I'm supposed to talk to. Every time I call , she's unavailable , it's been a week. This already tells me how it's gonna be there. So i'm getting a referral for somewhere else. If you have a choice, go somewhere else! And thanks to Astrid for being unavailable...

This many phone calls , going into labor not a single one answered ever, sent someone to check in , saw them let phones ring and turn on radio near first desk to play reggaeton…. And gossip:)
