Unfortunately we bought our hot tub from this disgraceful company Palm Spas, nearly 2 years ago. Since then the lights have broken, headrests are delamimating and then the heating element has gone. I contacted the company and spoke Jamie THE BOSS. I was told to contact my local hot tub company (who we should have bought from in the 1st place) to get them to fix it and because the parts were still under warranty they would reimburse me if I sent back the faulty part. After looking online for a local company to service my hot tub I reached out and booked in an appointment for the ‘premium service’. I chose this option as I wanted to ensure the general health of my tub was ok 4 years on and to have a record. The engineers turned up promptly and did the work whilst I was working from home, I was told the report would be sent within a day of the service. Advertise hot tubs and get you down to unit to sell ‘untested’ hot tubs for thousands. What type of idiot would hand over money for something’s they don’t even know works. Terrible service and complete waste of time!!!! Avoid
