Second time trying to get my child to be seen and was denied per the receptionist. She stated that only as a sick child visit for a walk in. She went on about and gave me a hard time for no reason, i informed her to doctor and I decide what is best for my child since she had no saying to decide what kind of treatment my child needs. Dr. Vin and his staff are spectacular they took amazing care of me!
This the worst medical clinic I been to. These people act like they hate their jobs. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER! The receptionist is very rude did not greet me. As I was headed back to dental she proceeds to yell “ma’am where are you going!”and I replied to my appointment and she said “you need to be checked in first!” I said “that’s funny I never check in the front dental only in the dental department, so she proceeds to make me wait.
