Let me 1st say it was a pleasure to work with such caring people. Yessica and mgmt has been very helpful and has been very respectful and great at following through. All of my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. 10/10 highly recommended.

I'm updating my post. Today is 2/6/2025 and suprising to me, this new lease, which started this month, starts my 5th year here at Palm River Apartments. Wow, time does fly. Well, in the last couple of years, there have been ownership and management changes which always causes some form of anxiety for me. I Currently reside in Palm River Apartments I have RATS inside my apartment this is an ongoing issue. Its going on 3 days and the rats are living Rent free inside my apartment this causing me to have anxiety because they’re popping out whenever they want to so I’m walking on eggshells in my own house. I can’t cook in my kitchen because I'm AFRAID . I can leave the lights on all day and they will still COME out not to even mention my light bill . I pay too much money to have to go through this .
