Ese complejo de apartamento tiene muy mala reputacion, la manager Yessica es muy tramposa à la hora de rentarte, haciendote ver que todo es color de Rosa, pero siempre te pone cargos ocultos( hablo desde mi experience) Cuando haces entrega del departmento porque te quieres ir de ese mal complejo de condominio , pasan los dias y ella misma hace un reporte come que se debe pagar dinero por supuestos daños, reporte que nunca te llega porque ya te fuiste, en mi caso no le quise vender un carro, vinieron los problemas, los cargos... read more
Very very unpleasant year, the worst experience of my life, can’t wait to finish my contract
Yocelin Fernandez was very the reason for moving in! My apt was nice when I arrived and they fix any problems right away when you do a work order. The staff Yocelin to be exact was Amazing. The property is always kept very clean. If you are looking for a new place ask for Yocelin and she will be sure to answer all the questions you have .
Let me 1st say it was a pleasure to work with such caring people. Yocelin and mgmt has been very helpful and has been very respectful and great at following through. All of my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. 10/10 highly recommended.
This been the worse apartments I ever been in leasing off not the best.Maintance is the worse he handling your personal property.The rats running all over place in my plants in my kitchen the won’t seal holes underneath sink it’s crazy
