I missed a call from the front office in regard to an appointment request and returned their call 8 minutes later. The woman I spoke to on the phone discussed what the appointment was for and gave me the option of an 8:20 am or 11:20 am appointment for the following day. You cannot talk to anyone in the office on the phone, it goes to an answering service who sends messages that are never returned First off, while getting undressed, the doctor knocked and came right on in as I was saying no. She had been gone maybe 2 minutes, plus who knocks and just comes in? Like, you are a medical provider having someone lay naked on your table, youd think you have a little more discretion. Not to mention, the doctor was a little rough with the speculum, recommended antibiotics without any test results, w... read more
